We want you to love your new glasses — and our return policy is designed to make that easy. At OpteLux, every frame is crafted with precision and care, and our goal is simple: to ensure your experience stays smooth, transparent, and worry-free.

Easy Returns

Our return policy allows returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in like-new condition, unused, and include the original case, cleaning cloth, and packaging. Every return is carefully inspected by our Quality Team before approval — so you can shop with confidence.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

– Custom-made lenses (including prescription or tinted).
– Products showing wear, scratches, or damage not caused by manufacturing or shipping.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately — we’ll fix it fast under our dedicated return and exchange policy.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Prepare your order number and a short note describing the issue.

  3. We’ll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and simple step-by-step instructions.
  4. Once approved, please ship your item back within 7 days using a tracked delivery service.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and verified, refunds are processed within 7 business days. You may choose to receive your refund through your original payment method or as store credit for future purchases. Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable under this return policy.

Exchanges Made Simple

Need a different color or model? No problem! You can request an exchange within 14 days of delivery. If the new item costs more, you only pay the difference — no hidden fees, no stress.

Warranty & Lens Care

– Frame Warranty: 12 months covering manufacturing defects.
– Lens Coating Warranty: 6 months for anti-reflective, blue-light, or hard coatings.
– Precision Promise: Always double-check your prescription and PD (pupillary distance) before ordering for perfect vision and comfort.

Shipping Responsibility

– Defective or incorrect items: Return shipping covered by OpteLux.
– Change of mind: Return shipping paid by the customer.
– International returns: Mark parcels as “Return—No Commercial Value.” Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.

Reporting Damaged or Defective Items

If your glasses arrive damaged or faulty, please report it within 7 days of delivery with clear photos to optelux@optelux.com. Our support team will arrange a replacement or refund quickly — no hassle, no delay.

Packaging Guidelines

To protect your eyewear during return transit:
– Use the original OpteLux box and protective materials.
– Include all accessories (case, cloth, cards).
– Items returned without full packaging may not qualify for a full refund.
