How do I obtain an itemized receipt?
You can download your itemized receipt here . After opening the page, select the relevant order; the receipt options will appear at the bottom of the page, where you can choose to download your itemized receipt.
- Checked out as a guest or first time logging in?
You may need to click “Create an account” to set up your login credentials first (create account link). Once your account is created, return to the receipt page to access your order and receipt.
Prefer that we send it to you? We’re happy to email you a copy. Chat with us or email optelux@optelux.com, and we’ll take care of it. Including your order number and the billing email helps us locate your receipt faster.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?
We begin processing every purchase almost immediately after it is placed, so production moves swiftly. If you realize you need to update your order, contact us as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to make the adjustment before the order advances too far.
The quickest way to reach us is through the live chatbot on our website, but you can also send an email to optelux@optelux.com. Our support team monitors both channels and is always eager to assist.
Important: Changes to orders for non-prescription sunglasses or reading glasses must be requested within one hour of placing the order; after that point, modifications are no longer possible.
Customized glasses once finalized its very difficult to add any changes and cancellation no longer possible.
Are your frames available in multiple widths?
Yes—some styles are. Many of our optical frames and sunglasses are offered in more than one size.
When you’re browsing the frame galleries, use the “Width” filters on the left-hand sidebar to check whether the styles you like come in multiple sizes. If a frame is available in different widths, the product page will display those options, and you’ll be able to select your preferred width before proceeding to checkout.
If you don’t see multiple widths listed for a particular style, that model is currently offered in a single size. For extra clarity while browsing, you can also review the measurements on the product page or reach out via chat—we’re happy to help you find the right width. How can I choose my frame?

How it works is very simple:

Simply tap the tool via this link:
2. Select your gender and enable camera access
The system will ask for temporary camera access to analyze your facial features.
(Your privacy is fully protected—no data or images are stored.)
3. Align your face in the on-screen dotted frame
Position your face naturally within the dotted area. Hold still for a few seconds until the frame turns green—this means your features are being successfully scanned.
(We recommend using your mobile phone for best results.)
4. Get instant recommendations
After the scan, our AI will instantly generate a list of glasses frames that best suit you—sorted by compatibility score from highest to lowest. This makes it easy to choose the top-rated styles for your unique profile.

2 – Choose non-prescription (Our apologies, we only fit top brand lenses, we don’t fit lower quality lenses).

How do I submit my prescription?
1 – Once you chosen your frame, select lenses.
2 – Choose prescription (Our apologies, we only fit top brand lenses, we don’t fit lower quality lenses).
3 – Select your desired lens refractive index and upload your eye-specialist prescription (mandatory). You wear your glasses more than anything else, so they must provide perfect accuracy to get all-day comfort. Press next
4 – Select the coating type you prefer and add to cart.

How can I find glasses frame measurements?

How can I view my previous order information?
To access your past purchases, create an online customer account. Once your account is set up and you’re signed in, you’ll be able to view all previous order details associated with your email.
Checked out as a guest or first time logging in?
You may need to click “Forgot password?” to create your login credentials. Follow the prompts to set a password, then sign in and return to your Order History to review your past orders.
How do I know if a frame fits me?
A few simple checks can quickly tell you whether a frame is comfortable, balanced, and flattering on your face:
- Pupil position: Your pupils should sit close to the center of each lens.
- Lens width: The lenses shouldn’t extend past the sides of your face.
- Brow line: Your eyebrows should not sit inside the frame area.
- Smile test: When you smile, your cheeks shouldn’t push the frames up.
- Nose fit: The frames shouldn’t slide down your nose during normal movement.

If you find a frame you love but it doesn’t fit quite right, the following can usually be corrected with a quick, professional adjustment:
- Behind-the-ear fit: Frames that feel too tight or too loose around the ears.
- Temple length: Temples that are too long or too short for your anatomy.
- Temple pressure: Temples that pinch or feel loose at the sides of your face.
- Alignment: Frames that are crooked or slide down on your face.

How I order my own customized glasses?
Step 1 – Access the VisionCraft Center
Visit the VisionCraft Center on our website and launch the Custom Glasses Tool . This tool is your starting point for personalizing every aspect of your eyewear. Simply click the link, open the configurator, and follow the on-screen prompts to begin crafting your perfect pair.
Step 2 – Complete the four-part customization form
1. General
At the top of the form you will find two fields designed to capture your style preferences. You can either:
Upload one or more reference files (images, mood boards, PDFs, etc.) that illustrate the look you want, or
Type your preferences directly into the text box provided.
Feel free to use one option or both—whatever conveys your vision most clearly.
2. Frame
Color – Select a frame color from the drop-down list, or input a custom color code using the built-in color-picker.
Material – Choose your preferred frame material. If you select gold or silver, please specify the exact number of grams you would like incorporated.
Shape – Pick a shape from the list, or launch the virtual try-on tool to see which design fits you best. Once you decide, take a screenshot of the result and upload it in the space provided.
Size & PD – Select your frame size and enter your pupillary distance (PD) so that we can ensure perfect optical alignment.
3. Leg
Color – Choose one or more leg colors from the list, or enter a custom color code via the color-picker.
Material – Select the material for the legs. If you opt for gold, silver, or gem-set detailing, indicate the number of grams required.
Shape & Extras – Pick a shape for the legs and upload any additional reference files (design sketches, inspiration photos, etc.) that describe special preferences.
4. Lenses

Step 3 – Add to Cart & Checkout

- Update Your Prescription:
Log in to your OpteLux account and upload your most recent prescription details. Accurate data ensures we craft lenses to your exact visual requirements. - Request a Replacement:
Once your prescription is on file, reach out via live chat or email optelux@optelux.com. Let us know the model you own and the lens type you’d like (single-vision, progressive, blue-light filter, sun-adaptive, etc.). We’ll guide you through shipping and next steps.
How to Get Started
- No-Scratch Guarantee (First 12 Months):
If your lenses become scratched within one year of purchase, we’ll replace them free of charge. - Standard Pricing After 12 Months:
Outside the guarantee window—or if you’re switching to a different lens type—replacement costs match our regular lens prices. Exact fees depend on the material, coatings, and enhancements you select.

Need to Return, Exchange, or Cancel an Order?

At OpteLux, your satisfaction is our top priority. If something isn’t quite right with your glasses or accessories, follow the steps and our Support Team will guide you through the process.
Prescription glasses or sunglasses: You’ll need a valid eyeglasses prescription (meaning: done by a specialist, upload the sight test is mandatory, within six months, and all values are visible). For more about sending us your prescription, click here!
- Psst. Based on your prescription, we may also need your pupillary distance (PD). Learn more about measuring your PD here.
- Once you have your PD, you can either hand-write it onto the copy of your prescription before submitting it to us, or you can send it to us at optelux@optelux.com from the email address you used to place your order.
When can I expect my order?
If you’ve already placed an order, log in to your account. Under the Orders section, you can view your order status and details.
If we’ve already started working on your order, you can keep tabs on the progress we’ve made right here, or by using the “Track My Order” link in your confirmation email. You can also sign up for text alerts to get updates once your order has shipped.
After we have everything we need, here’s when you can expect to receive your order:
- All prescription eyeglasses and sunglasses: 10 business days once prescription and billing info is approved
- Standard contact lenses: 7 business daysonce prescription and billing info is approved
- Specialty contact lenses, including toric lenses (if your contacts help to correct for astigmatism) and made-to-order lenses (eg. Biofinity XR, Proclear XR) may take longer to arrive.
- Non-prescription sunglasses: 7 business days
- All other products (including Home Try-Onorders, Accessories, and gift cards): 7 business days
- E-gift cards: Within an hour of ordering, E-gift cards scheduled for future delivery will be sent on the morning of the requested date.
Note: Orders shipping outside the continental U.S. can take a few extra days to arrive.
Need your order sooner? We also have expedited shipping available to add during checkout for an additional $25. This typically cuts the lead time by a few days.
